KONKUR is a fully integrated group of companies offering complete services in Engineering, Design, Construction, Renovation, Furnishing Installation, Erection as well as Mechanical and Electrical works.

KONKUR, with Representative and executive offices in Moscow having all the licences and necessary official documents, completed many buildings in the near vicinity of Moscow between 1994 and 2000.

KONKUR İnşaat Proje ve Ticaret A.S., as being the first member of the Group and possessing the experience since the founding in 1988, has recently joined to KONKUR UYGAR A.S.

KONKUR UYGAR A.S., as being the pilot member of the Group, further to construction experiences, established a timber house production plant in 1997 in Ankara to produce top quality timber houses with German technology. Konkur completed all the training phases and has been producing timber houses for the last four years.

KONKUR Yapı Endüstrisi Pazarlama ve Ticaret A.Ş., as being another member of the Group, is established to work as a general contractor for construction and marketing of timber houses.

“KONKUR UYGAR Yapı Endüstrisi ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş.” established the Konkur Timber House Production Plant in Ankara, Turkey, bringing the most developed machinery all over the World.

The factory is located at the address of “1.Organize Sanayi Bölgesi” with 15.000 m2 of land and 12.000.000,- USD of total investment (4.000.000,-USD for machinery and the rest for other installations)

The plant is producing with trade mark of KONKUR. The technology is originally the German technology.
Production of timber houses are supported by “Computer Aided Design” and “Computer Aided Manufacturing”
Konkur Timber House Technology is using German and Swiss made machineries and based on the mass production of timber framed panels which have high insulation values. To make the erection works on site easy and faster ıt ıs possıble to brıng the panels wıth the door and wındow frames ınserted ın panels whıch ıs practıcally may be applıed only ıf the order ıs ın bıg quantıtıes. In general practıce, all the fıxtures, complementary finishing and sanıtary pıpıng works except the electrıcal pıpes are erected on sıte
